FIC offers a multitude of fruit and vegetable powders for food enrichment, while adding to the texture, taste and appearance of the food. These powders are applied in food products such as:

  • Bakery products

  • Instant drinks

  • Ice cream

  • Chocolate products

  • Cereal bars and breakfast cereals

  • Baby food


The powders are produced from purees and juices by employing different drying methods (spray drying, vacuum drying, drum drying) for obtaining desired physical properties (such as powders, granules, flakes, etc.),  as required for each specific application.
